Over the last ten years the way we all live, work and shop has changed enormously.
We love the new and unfolding world of retail and spend our days deep in consumer trends and various retail landscapes to make sure we know all there is to know about where we are right now, and where we are heading.
There’s no magic formula to what we do here at Portas, but it certainly helps that many of us worked in retail before we joined. From bricks and mortar to online subscriptions, traditional advertising to branded content – we love and embrace the new codes of retail and get properly under the skin of how and why people consume and live.
Most of our clients work with us in one of two ways: as consultants, we support on longterm strategic planning, which is increasingly focussed on the customer and customer experience no matter what the brand. And as a creative agency partner, we handle everything from concept ideation and brand transformation to campaign roll-outs.
Some of our clients choose to work with both sides of our business, meaning they get to blend the commercial rigour of a consultancy with the high energy, creativity and craft skills of a creative agency.
