Our POPs (People of Portas) are a good bunch and we really do know our stuff.
Many of our team have joined us from the retail space. We know Mondays aren’t a good time to speak because of Trading; we know digital tweaks aren’t always possible overnight because re-platforming has been scheduled; and we get what a shelf wobbler is.
